Dementia friendly communities

In August 2015 the guidelines on dementia friendly communities produced with the Local Government Association were updated.
We are in the process of updating some of the tools that appeared in the original version and they will be placed here soon.

Our report of an investiation into what makes a community dementia-friendly was presented at a meeting on 16 February 2012 hosted by the Department for Health – looking at dementia and the “Big Society”
